Hesther van doornum biography

Portrait Paintings by Dutch artist Hesther van Doornum. Hesther graduated Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (University of Arts), and Artemis Kind Academy in Amsterdam, NL.

Over years Hesther developed from allegorical to a more abstract mould to my subjects.

People, particularly women and their portraits, are central in tea break paintings. Their open stance exudes their vulnerability as well although their strength.
